How do I shop for the United States or United Kingdom?

Use the country/region selector in the header. Select United States to shop in USD or United Kingdom to shop in GBP. Products, prices and checkout options will update for the selected market.

Why are some products or prices different between regions?

Some releases are regional exclusives, and prices are set separately for each market. U.K. prices include applicable VAT. Product availability may also vary by region.

Can I purchase a regional exclusive from another country?

Regional exclusives may only be available in their designated market. If a product does not appear after selecting your country or region, it is not currently available for that market.

MUMUSE & BLIND BOXES

What is MUMUSE?

MUMUSE is PINME’s collectible plush character line, created for collecting, display, styling and use as a fashion bag charm.

What is a blind box?

A blind box contains one randomly packed character. You will not know which design is inside until the box is opened.

Can I choose a specific character?

No. Individual blind boxes are randomly packed unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

Can I receive duplicate characters?

Yes. Duplicates may occur when purchasing multiple individual blind boxes. A multi-box option only guarantees different Regular Editions when this is clearly stated on the product page.

What are the Secret Edition odds?

The Street Muse Edit Secret Edition odds are 1 in 72 per box. A Secret Edition is not guaranteed, and each blind box has the same odds.

Does receiving a duplicate count as receiving the wrong item?

No. Duplicates, not receiving a preferred character, or not receiving a Secret Edition are normal possible outcomes of a blind box purchase.

Are MUMUSE products suitable for children?

MUMUSE products are collectible plush art toys recommended for ages 15+. They are not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts. Always follow the age and safety information shown on the product page and product label.

What is a regional exclusive?

A regional exclusive is a design created or selected for a particular market. U.S. and U.K. editions may have different designs, release dates, quantities and availability.

How are regional designs selected?

Some regional editions are selected through community voting. Each market may have its own voting rounds and winning design. Updates will be published on the relevant Launch Event and News pages.

Will limited editions be restocked?

Restocks are not guaranteed. Subscribe to our emails or follow our official channels for new-release and restock announcements.

Why might my MUMUSE look slightly different from the photos?

Small variations in fur direction, stitching, facial placement and colour may occur between individual plush pieces. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.

How should I care for my MUMUSE?

Always follow the product care label. Gently surface-clean when needed, allow the product to air-dry and avoid machine washing or high heat unless the care label states otherwise.
