What is the MUMUSE First Drop?
The MUMUSE First Drop is the official launch of the MUMUSE collectible designer toy series by PINME.
This release includes:
• The STREET MUSE EDIT blind box series
• The THAILAND LIMITED Edition figure
• A special Launch Exclusive Set
• The THAILAND LIMITED Edition figure
• A special Launch Exclusive Set
As this is the first release, quantities may be limited and some items may sell out quickly.
Is this release limited?
Some items in the MUMUSE First Drop are produced in limited quantities.
Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed.

What products are available in this release?
The MUMUSE First Drop includes two main product types:
1、STREET MUSE EDIT – Blind Box Series
A blind box collectible series containing three different color designs.
Each blind box contains one randomly packed figure.
A Secret Edition is included in the series.

2、THAILAND LIMITED Edition
This is a Thailand-exclusive version of MUMUSE.
Unlike the blind box series, this version is sold as a clear box product, meaning the design is known before purchase.
Are these toys for display or play?
MUMUSE figures are designed as collectible art toys intended for display and collection.
Minor paint variations or small packaging differences may occur due to the production process and are considered normal.
Blind Box Rules
What is a blind box?
A blind box is a randomly packed collectible product.
The design inside the box is unknown until it is opened.
Can I choose a specific design?
No.
Blind box items are randomly packed, and specific designs cannot be selected in advance.
Can I receive duplicate designs?
Yes.
If you purchase multiple individual blind boxes, duplicate designs may occur due to the random nature of blind box products.
However, in the Launch Exclusive Set, the two blind boxes are guaranteed to be different colors.
What is the probability of the Secret Edition?
The Secret Edition has a probability of:
1 in 72
Receiving the Secret Edition is not guaranteed.
Launch Exclusive Set
What is the Launch Exclusive Set?
The Launch Exclusive Set is a special product created for the MUMUSE First Drop.
Each set includes:
• 2 STREET MUSE EDIT Blind Boxes • 1 THAILAND LIMITED Edition
This set allows collectors to receive both the blind box series and the limited edition figure in one purchase.
Are the two blind boxes random?
Yes.
The blind boxes are still randomly packed.
However, the two blind boxes included in the Launch Exclusive Set are guaranteed to be different colors.
Can I receive the Secret Edition in the Launch Exclusive Set?
Yes.
The Secret Edition may appear in the blind boxes included in the Launch Exclusive Set.
Secret probability: 1 in 72
Receiving the Secret Edition is not guaranteed.
Will all items arrive together?
Yes.
All items in the Launch Exclusive Set are shipped together in one package.
You will receive:
• 2 STREET MUSE EDIT blind box figures
• 1 THAILAND LIMITED Edition figure

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
Orders $89 USD or above qualify for free U.S. shipping.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Delays may occur due to:
• extreme weather
• customs inspections
• carrier delays
• high shipping volume

Return & Refund
Can I return blind box items?
Blind box products are randomly packed collectibles.
Receiving a different design or duplicate design does not qualify as a wrong item.
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• your order number
• photos or video showing the issue

Should I record an unboxing video?
Yes.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.
If there is any issue with the product, the video can help us verify the situation and resolve the issue more quickly.

Is there a purchase limit?
We may limit purchase quantities per customer in order to ensure fair access to the product.
