These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of pinmetoys.com and purchases made through the website. The website and its associated services are operated by PINMETOYS. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied at checkout is complete and accurate and for keeping any account credentials secure.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access to an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, or a breach of these Terms.

Markets and localized storefronts

PINMETOYS currently sells to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Available products, prices, currency, payment methods, promotions, delivery options, and content may differ by market.

You are responsible for selecting the correct country or region. The country selected at checkout must match the delivery destination. We may correct the market, currency, availability, or delivery method before accepting an order if the selected market does not match the delivery address.

Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and details may look different depending on lighting, screen settings, product materials, and manufacturing variations. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Packaging may be updated without notice, provided that the product remains materially consistent with its description. Minor variations that are normal for handmade, textile, plush, or collectible products are not necessarily defects.

Blind boxes and random products

A blind box or random assortment contains an undisclosed design selected at random. Unless the product page expressly guarantees a complete set or a specific character, we do not guarantee which design, colour, character, or edition you will receive.

A purchase may result in duplicates. Secret or rare editions are not guaranteed. Not receiving a preferred or secret edition is not a product defect.

Images showing a full assortment are normally illustrative and do not mean that all designs are included in one box unless the product page expressly states that the listing is for a complete set.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons including:

• lack of stock;
• an incorrect price or product description;
• payment failure or suspected fraud;
• purchase limits or suspected resale activity;
• an unavailable delivery destination; or
• legal or regulatory restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

Prices, taxes, duties, and currency

• United States market prices are displayed in USD. No additional sales tax is charged at checkout for U.S. orders.
• United Kingdom market prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT. U.K. customers will not be charged additional import duties or customs-clearance fees.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed before the order is submitted.

Prices and promotions may differ between markets and may change before an order is accepted. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious error that we are entitled to correct under applicable law.

Your payment provider may independently charge foreign-exchange or cross-border fees if you use a payment method denominated in a different currency. Those provider fees are not charged by PINMETOYS.

Payment

Payment methods displayed at checkout may vary by market. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may use third-party payment providers to process payments and carry out fraud checks.

If a payment is reversed, rejected, or suspected to be unauthorized, we may suspend processing or cancel the order.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping thresholds, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and procedures for delayed or lost parcels are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise. Risk of loss passes as required by applicable law. For U.K. consumers, risk normally remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

U.S. blind boxes, collectibles, and plush products are generally final sale except where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or confirmed lost.

U.K. consumers retain their mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Nothing in a product listing marked “final sale” overrides a right that cannot legally be excluded.

Pre-orders

If a product is sold as a pre-order, the stated release or dispatch date is an estimate and may change because of production, licensing, quality-control, shipping, or other circumstances. If a material delay occurs, we will provide any notice or cancellation option required by applicable law.

In-stock and pre-order products placed in the same order may ship together or separately. Any applicable arrangement will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, dates, market restrictions, product exclusions, and purchase limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or transferred.

We may cancel or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, fraud, abuse, or technical malfunction, subject to applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without depriving you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your usual place of residence.

Where applicable law permits, disputes may be brought before the courts of Hong Kong SAR. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the country or part of the country where you live, and nothing in this section removes that right where it is mandatory.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted normally govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
