Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and other factors beyond our control.
If demand exceeds our initial processing capacity, shipping may be delayed by approximately 3–5 additional days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare each order for shipment.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $89 or more (including $89) within the United States.
Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.
Delays
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Lost Packages
Orders that have not arrived within 45 days from the shipment date may be considered lost.
If this happens, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

Multiple Orders
Orders placed separately may be processed and shipped separately.
As a result, delivery times may vary between orders.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Carrier Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Blind Box Unboxing Recommendation
Because blind box products are sealed and randomly packed, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening the shipping package and the blind box.
If you encounter any issues such as missing items or product defects, a full and uninterrupted unboxing video may be required as proof when submitting a claim.
