What is the MUMUSE First Drop?
The MUMUSE First Drop is the official U.S. launch of MUMUSE by PINME.
This release includes:
· Street Muse Edit Blind Box
· Blush Lotus Thailand Limited
· MUMUSE U.S. Exclusive Launch Set
Some items are available in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.
Is this release limited?
Yes. Some products in the First Drop are limited releases or launch-only bundles.
The U.S. Exclusive Launch Set is limited to 300 sets only.
Restocks are not guaranteed once an item sells out.

What products are available in this release?
The MUMUSE First Drop includes three main products:
· Street Muse Edit Blind Box
A collectible blind box plush doll series. Each box includes one random MUMUSE character, with a chance to find the rare Secret Edition.
· Blush Lotus Thailand Limited
MUMUSE’s first regional limited edition, originally created for Thailand and now available to U.S. collectors.
· MUMUSE U.S. Exclusive Launch Set
A limited 2+1 launch set including 2 Street Muse Edit blind boxes and 1 Blush Lotus Thailand Limited.
Are MUMUSE figures for display or play?
MUMUSE figures are collectible plush dolls and art toys designed for collection, display, styling, and use as fashion bag charms.
They are recommended for ages 15+ and are not intended for children under 3 years old.
Street Muse Edit Blind Box
What is a blind box?
A blind box is a randomly packed collectible product.
The character inside is unknown until the box is opened.
Can I choose a specific Street Muse Edit design?
No. Blind box products are randomly packed, and specific designs cannot be selected before opening.
Can I receive duplicate designs?
If you purchase multiple individual blind boxes, duplicates may occur because blind boxes are randomly packed.
For the U.S. Exclusive Launch Set, we will pack 2 different Regular Editions by default.
What are the odds for the Secret Edition?
The Secret Edition odds are:
· Secret Edition: 1 in 72
Receiving the Secret Edition is not guaranteed.
Can the Secret Edition appear in 2-box orders or the Launch Set?
Yes. The Secret Edition may appear in any Street Muse Edit blind box.
Secret Edition odds remain the same for each box.
Blush Lotus Thailand Limited
What is Blush Lotus?
Blush Lotus is MUMUSE’s first regional limited edition collectible plush doll.
It was originally created as the Thailand regional limited edition and is inspired by Thailand’s lotus forms, soft pink tones, and Thai-inspired styling details.
Is Blush Lotus a blind box?
No. Blush Lotus is not a blind box.
The design is shown before purchase, so you know which MUMUSE character you are buying.
Is Blush Lotus available in the U.S.?
Yes. Blush Lotus Thailand Limited is now available to U.S. collectors while supplies last.
U.S. Exclusive Launch Set
What is the MUMUSE U.S. Exclusive Launch Set?
The MUMUSE U.S. Exclusive Launch Set is a limited 2+1 launch bundle made for the first U.S. collectors.
Each set includes:
· 2 Street Muse Edit blind boxes
· 1 Blush Lotus Thailand Limited
· Free U.S. shipping
· Priority access to the next U.S. limited edition
· An exclusive $8 voucher for a future U.S. exclusive drop
This set is limited to 300 sets only.
Will I receive 3 different MUMUSE characters in the Launch Set?
Yes. The Launch Set includes 3 different MUMUSE characters.
It includes 1 Blush Lotus and 2 Street Muse Edit blind boxes packed as 2 different Regular Editions by default.
If a Secret Edition appears, Secret Edition odds remain the same for each blind box.
When will I receive the $8 voucher?
Your exclusive $8 voucher will be sent to the email used at checkout after the U.S. exclusive launch.
Will all items in the Launch Set arrive together?
Yes. All items in the Launch Set are shipped together in one package.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after shipment within the United States.
During high-volume drops or limited releases, processing may take longer than usual.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $59 or more.
Shipping fees for orders below $59 will be calculated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, high shipping volume, or other factors outside our control.
If your package has no tracking updates for an extended period, or has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us.

Returns & Replacements
Can I return blind box items?
Blind box products are randomly packed collectibles.
Receiving a duplicate, not receiving your preferred design, or not receiving the Secret Edition does not qualify as a wrong item.
Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
· Your order number
· A description of the issue
· Clear photos of the product and packaging
· An unboxing video, if available

Does damaged packaging qualify for a return?
Minor dents, creases, scratches, or corner wear on the outer packaging do not qualify as product damage.
If the packaging is severely damaged and the product inside is affected, please contact us with clear photos.
Should I record an unboxing video?
We recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your shipping package and blind box.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, photos or an unboxing video may help us review and resolve the issue faster.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.
