Products
PINME sells collectible plush dolls, blind box art toys, limited edition figures, launch sets, and related products.
Our products are intended for collection, display, styling, and personal enjoyment.
Product colors, textures, packaging, and details may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or normal production variation.
We do our best to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that all colors, details, or images will appear exactly the same on every device.
Product Safety & Age Recommendation
MUMUSE products are collectible items recommended for ages 15+.
They are not intended for children under 3 years old.
Some products may contain small parts. Do not swallow. Keep away from young children.
Limited Release Products
Certain products may be limited edition, regional limited, launch-only, or part of a special drop.
Limited release products may sell out quickly.
Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed unless we officially announce otherwise.
We reserve the right to limit product quantities per customer, per household, or per order to help ensure fair access.
Blind Box Products
Certain products sold on our website are blind box collectible items.
Blind box products are sealed and randomly packed. The design inside cannot be selected before opening.
By purchasing blind box products, you understand and agree that:
· The item inside is randomly packed
· Specific designs cannot be requested
· Duplicate designs may occur when purchasing multiple individual blind boxes
· Receiving a design you did not prefer is not a product defect
· Not receiving a Secret Edition is not a product defect
Blind box results are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Secret Edition Odds
Some blind box series may include a Secret Edition.
Secret Edition odds will be stated on the relevant product page when applicable.
Receiving the Secret Edition is not guaranteed.
Bundle & Launch Set Products
Some products may be sold as bundles or launch sets, such as blind box and open box combinations.
Bundle products must be purchased, shipped, and returned as a complete set unless our support team approves otherwise.
Partial returns from bundle purchases are not accepted unless approved for a specific damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and product details may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.
We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing errors, product description errors, or inventory display errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to correct the issue, cancel the order, or provide a refund where appropriate.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, high-risk, unauthorized, or placed for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address provided at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume drops, limited releases, or unexpected demand, processing may take longer than usual.
If a significant delay occurs, we may contact you with updated information.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Payment Methods

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after shipment within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, high shipping volume, destination, or other factors outside our control.
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $59 or more.
Shipping fees for orders below $59 will be calculated at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to us. We’ll help where possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are considered final except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Blind box products cannot be returned or refunded because of duplicate designs, personal preference, or not receiving a desired design or Secret Edition.

Our products are intended for personal use, collection, and gifting.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, unauthorized distributors, automated purchasing systems, or other non-personal purchasing activity.
Orders identified as fraudulent, suspicious, high-risk, or abusive may be canceled at our discretion.
Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers
Promotions, discounts, vouchers, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or regional limitations.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
User Content & Submissions
If you submit, upload, tag, send, or share comments, reviews, photos, videos, feedback, ideas, or other content with us, you grant PINME TOYS permission to use, reproduce, display, repost, edit, and share that content for marketing, social media, website, advertising, product, or community purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential, pay compensation, or respond to every submission.
