We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after shipment within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, peak-season volume, or other factors outside our control.

During high-volume drops or limited releases, processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while we prepare each order.

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $59 or more.

Shipping fees for orders below $59 will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, security inspections, or high shipping volume.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll help check the status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has no tracking updates for an extended period, or has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us.

We’ll help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and review the best next step.

Multiple Orders

Orders placed separately may be processed and shipped separately.

Delivery times may vary between separate orders.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly and also reach out to us. We’ll help where possible.
